We’re looking for a Senior Customer Growth Manager to join us at our New York HQ.
The Role in Short
This isn’t a maintenance role. You’ll own a high-value portfolio of US customers and be expected to grow it, commercially and strategically. That means leading renewals, spotting expansion opportunities before they’re obvious, and showing up as a genuine advisor to senior stakeholders who have real pressure on them. You’ll sit at the intersection of account management, customer success, and sales, and you’ll need to be comfortable in all three. If you thrive when you have full ownership and hate waiting for someone else to move first, this is the role.
Core Responsibilities
You own the full commercial relationship for a set of high-value US accounts. Renewals, negotiations, multi-year deals - all yours.
You spot expansion opportunities before the customer does, using adoption data to build a growth case to let the customer grow in contract value, but also adoption, all tied to their business goals.
You show up as a strategic advisor at all levels up to the C-level, not just a point of contact.
You make the team better: mentoring, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
You keep forecasts honest and CRM data clean. Leadership relies on your input to make calls and decisions.
Job requirements
What We Need
You’ll feel good about 80% of this. Apply anyway.
You’ve managed a portfolio of high-value for a SaaS tool and have the renewal and expansion numbers to show for it.
You’ve led complex commercial negotiations, including multi-year deals, and you’re comfortable owning the outcome without a safety net.
You can listen to and build a roadmap in collaboration with a customer to lead them on a growth path
You’ve presented to and built relationships with C-level stakeholders, and they’ve trusted you as an advisor, not just a vendor rep.
When something’s at risk, you’re already three steps in before anyone asks you to act.
Nice to Have
You’ve worked with Salesforce or HubSpot and know how to keep a pipeline healthy without being prompted.
You’ve worked in enterprise architecture, business transformation, or a similarly complex SaaS space.
You’re comfortable demoing a platform and connecting product capabilities to customer problems.
Compensation
121.900 - 169.800 USD base + 20% variable (uncapped)
