Job description

Change is constant. Impact is not. 🐬

At BlueDolphin, we believe organizations deserve more than plans that collect dust — they deserve real progress. We are the first AI-powered business transformation platform, bringing strategy, architecture, and execution into one connected workspace, so teams can see clearly, decide together, and act with confidence.

Trusted by 44,000+ users across the globe, we help organizations turn complexity into clarity. Whether you're managing an application portfolio, designing solutions, or navigating a major transformation, BlueDolphin gives you the control to change on your terms.

We're looking for an Associate Product Content Coordinator to join our Customer Education team at our Utrecht HQ.

Role description

BlueDolphin is hiring a Product Content Coordinator for a 6-month maternity leave cover. You'll work with our product teams to turn sprint release specifications into customer-facing content — knowledge base articles and product documentation that help our users get the most out of the platform. You're not writing from scratch. Every sprint, you receive structured input from a sprint review and build from there, using AI tools as your primary writing engine, as well as a productive booster for your own content writing. Your job is to steer that output: ensure it's accurate, on-brand, and actually useful for someone learning the product. This is a great fit for early-career professionals or those transitioning into a product content role in a structured, agile SaaS environment.

Core responsibilities

  • Pick up product release specifications after each sprint and transform them into knowledge base articles and educational content

  • Use AI tools to draft content efficiently, then review and refine the output for accuracy, tone, and English quality

  • Coordinate content delivery across multiple product teams, tracking what's in the backlog and what's ready to publish

  • Follow and maintain our established content process as customer enablement becomes an integral part of our product definition of done

Job requirements

What we're looking for

We're open to two profiles — and deliberately so.

  1. If you come from a technical or product background: you understand how SaaS products work, you're comfortable reading product specs, and you lean on AI to bridge the writing gap.

  2. If you come from a content or marketing background: you've created content for complex technical products, you know how to collaborate with product teams, and you're skilled at managing a structured content pipeline.

Either way, you'll need to be:

  • Comfortable with AI tools — this role runs on them. You'll have access to enterprise-level AI tools and be able to build custom writing skills within it. If working this way doesn't feel natural, the pace will be difficult to sustain while also getting to know our platform

  • Organised and structured — you'll be tracking multiple sprint cycles across teams, using boards and backlogs daily

  • Fluent in English at a high level — not just to write, but to review and catch what the AI misses

  • Genuinely interested in education and customer enablement — the content you create teaches people; that should excite you

Hours are flexible. This role doesn't require 40 hours a week — we care about output, not time logged. During your application, we'll ask how many hours per week you're looking to commit.
